The Forty-Sixers headed for the Greenbrier, the fabled five diamond resort in the Blue Ridge mountains of West Virginia.  The Southern White House, with its 200 year history, is the place of fabulous championship golf courses, stocked trout streams, unbelievable spas, magnificent dining,  incomparable elegance and wonderful southern hospitality.  With over 70 activities available, the unseasonable thunderstorms couldn't dampen our spirits.

The Greenbrier was Jefferson Davis's White House during the Civil War and is also the site of the "Congressional Bunker" that was secretly created at the beginning of the Cold War.
